Delivery to companies

Deliveries are made from our warehouse in Thuringia and the main warehouse in Germany. General delivery regulations according to NL09 apply. Normally stocked goods are sent from Tyringe the same weekday if we receive your order before 13.00. The goods are then usually at your place the next business day. Items sent from the main team in Germany have a delivery time of 3 to 7 working days. In some cases, the goods are sent directly to the customer and in other cases the goods stop at our warehouse in Tyringe.

Company packages are delivered to the door if the recipient is a company.

Delivery to private individuals Private individuals can also order goods from Chuckteknik Norden AB. Select the tab for "Private person" at the checkout when completing the purchase at the checkout.

Delivery to other countries Chuckteknik delivers primarily to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, but also throughout Europe.

Other, delivery When delivered, instructions for use are included for products where this is considered necessary. The user manual is delivered either physically or digitally. For products that are sold out and where no delivery time is specified, please contact us for more precise information.

Prices All prices in the webshop are shown in Swedish kronor or EUR and are shown excluding or including VAT, depending on whether you choose to visit the page as "private person" or "company". The prices presented are valid until further notice. We reserve the right for printing errors and for cost changes beyond our control.

Order confirmation Chuckteknik's products can be ordered via the webshop chuckteknik.com, e-mail, letter or phone. In order for an order to be binding for Chuckteknik Norden AB, the order must be confirmed in writing by Chuckteknik before delivery, which is done via e-mail in the form of an order acknowledgment when the order has been processed. This means, among other things, that if products in Chuckteknik's range have been discontinued or for some other reason are no longer available with the observance of reasonable efforts, Chuckteknik is not obliged to provide such product regardless of the fact that the customer ordered the same as above. Other conditions for the order are also in the above-mentioned email with the order acknowledgement.

Packaging cost

Chuckteknik does not charge any packaging costs for goods sent by parcel.

Chuckteknik charges packaging costs for pallet goods according to the following price list:

• Half pallet: SEK 150.00
• Pallet collar for half pallet 800x600: SEK 140.00
• Cover for half-pallet 800x600: SEK 100.00

• Full pallet: SEK 190.00
• Pallet collar for full pallet 800x1200: SEK 190.00
• Cover for half pallet 800x1200: SEK 160.00

Products that exceed 35 kg are sent as pallet goods.

Estimated shipping costs (Sweden) when orders are placed in our e-commerce.

• 0-15 kg Standard shipping: SEK 195 per order (ex. VAT).
• 15-30 kg Standard shipping: SEK 295 per order (ex. VAT).
• 30-70 kg Standard shipping: SEK 895 per order (ex. VAT).
• >70 kg Standard shipping: SEK 1790 per order (ex. VAT).

We reserve the right to contact you with an updated shipping price if the estimated shipping price does not match reality.

Changes in the shipping price can be due to many different reasons, such as:

• Fragile products that must be sent by pallet despite their low weight..
• If an order involves transport from several different suppliers.
• Transports from countries/postcodes with higher prices with the transport companies.
• An order that cannot be split into several packages but must be sent as a pallet.
• Specific requests from the customer on how the product should be transported that are not included in our price picture.
• Bulky goods.

We try as much as possible to keep the estimated shipping price on a web order.

Otherwise, we will contact you with an updated shipping price for approval before the item(s) are sent.

Shipping costs to countries outside of Sweden will be charged to the customer regardless of the order value.

For not collected deliveries, we charge an additional standard shipping fee. Therefore, remember to always be present when the delivery takes place, or to pick up orders within the specified time.

Back order

If any item on your order is backlisted or for other reasons cannot be delivered, this will be announced in an order acknowledgement. The item will be shipped as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. If several items are back listed, they will be delivered together when all back listed items have arrived home. If the order was previously charged with a shipping cost, the remaining order will be sent free of charge.

Reservations

We reserve the right to cancel orders if, for example, a product has been discontinued from our range or is not available using reasonable efforts. We also reserve the right to make design changes without special notice. We also reserve the right for possible balance errors in the online store. We also reserve the right for printing errors and for image illustrations that may deviate from the delivered product. Image illustrations are often examples and not the exact dimension or designation of the item. We also reserve the right for cost changes beyond our control, but the price shown in the checkout on the website is the price that applies, unless this is clearly incorrect.

Payment terms

Invoice 30 days net - by e-mail or e-invoice - After the due date, late payment interest is charged at 1.5% per month. After two reminders from Chuckteknik, the case is handed over to the bailiff. We charge SEK 60 in reminder fee (in addition to late payment interest) because it causes extra work for our administration. This additional cost is not included in the prices of the products as it should not be charged to customers who pay on time. We do not charge any billing fee.

Return/Right of cancellation and complaints

Return, company

If you are not satisfied with the item or have purchased the wrong item, return it within 14 days and pay for the return shipping. Don't forget to always contact us first. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Returns of certain products are associated with certain fees. Therefore always contact us beforehand.

Special orders. Special orders mean goods that are outside Chuckteknik's regular range or goods that are made to order.

Used goods and special orders are not returned. Registered orders for special goods or goods manufactured to order cannot be cancelled.

Complaint, business
Unless otherwise stated, we provide a one-year warranty in case of manufacturing and material defects. The product must not have been subjected to abnormal use or neglect. The warranty does not cover wearing parts or consumables. We reserve the right to either repair the item, credit it or replace it with a new one. When returning a claimed item, it must be cleaned and well packaged. Don't forget to contact us beforehand. . We provide instructions on suitable return shipping at our expense.

Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated, we provide a one-year warranty in case of manufacturing and material defects. The item must not have been subjected to abnormal use or neglect and the warranty does not cover wearing parts and consumables. We reserve the right to repair the item or replace it. When returning a claimed product, it must be well cleaned and carefully packaged.

Transport damage

According to the terms of sale above, responsibility for the goods is transferred to the buyer as the goods have been loaded onto a car with us. Any transport damage must therefore be immediately reported by the recipient to the driver or alternatively to the freight company engaged.

Other expenses

Chuckteknik Norden AB does not charge any billing costs. We do not have a minimum level to process an order.
